Beacon Building Group, LLC, 2014 NY Slip Op 24199 [Sup. Ct. Queens County June 20, 2014], in which a New York Supreme Court judge (as noted in Chapter 7 of Business Law Basics, the Supreme Court is New York's general trial court) ordered dissolution of a limited liability company under both New York LLC Law § 702 and Business Corporation Law § 1104-a.
