At Truth on the Market (formerly the blog of the late Larry Ribstein), Geoffrey Manne has thoughts about the recent verdict in the Apple e-books antitrust litigation, and why he believes it will (or should) be overturned on appeal.  The decision held that Apple violated antitrust law by conspiring to raise prices of e-books when it negotiated with five major publishers.

Manne is the founder and Executive Director of the International Center for Law and Economics (ICLE), based in Portland, Oregon.
